Time frame: by October 30, 2001. STANIK S.R. To held a scientific-practical conference on problems of political and social integration of Crimean Tatars into Ukrainian society. To attract the members of the Council of Representatives of the Crimean Tatar people and leading scientists to preparation and participation in this conference. Time frame: by November 15, 2001. MITUKOV I.O. To provide a full financing of expenses, are provided by Law of Ukraine “On State budget of Ukraine on 2001”, for a program and measures connected with resettlement of deported Crimean Tatars and representatives of other nationalities. Time frame: by January 1, 2002. ZLENKO A.M. To complete a preparation for conclusion of Agreement between Ukraine and Uzbekistan on procedure of change of citizenship of Ukraine by Ukrainian citizens, who permanently live in Republic of Ukraine, and by citizens of Uzbekistan, who permanently live in Ukraine. Time frame: by December 1, 2001. To render active negotiations with George on opportunity of development of bipartite Agreement on simplified procedure of change of citizenship. Time frame: four quarter 2001. OLEKSIYENKO B.M. To take measures for legal solution of issues on free entrance of Crimean Tatars and deportees of other national groups, who are returning to Ukraine for permanent residence in accordance with Bishkek agreement on issues connected with restoration of rights of Deported Persons, National Minorities and Peoples and Law of Ukraine “On immigration”. Time frame: by October 15, 2001. DANILENKO A.S. To develop the appropriate legal mechanisms, taking into account local conditions, for solution of issues connected with allotment of land shares for Crimean Tatars. Time frame: April 2002. LELIKOV G.I. To develop the comprehensive measures for selection, training and putting of representatives of Crimean Tatar youth in reserved active list of public officials. Time frame: by November 1 2001. LELIKOV G.I. To propose an increase of quotes for education of persons of Crimean Tatars in the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration under President of Ukraine (Kyiv). Time frame: by November 1 2001. RADCHENKO V.I. To take some measures for prevention of intentions to provoke conflicts on interethnic base, exclusion of demonstration of interethnic intolerance and political extremism, including Mass Media and printings. Time frame: permanently. HORBATOV V.M. To ensure a restoration of the Bakhchisaray historical-cultural reserve. Time frame: first quarter 2002. HORBATOV V.M. To make up an inventory of unfinished construction of housing, public and social-cultural objects for deported Crimean Tatars and persons of other national groups.
