DECREE
of the Parliament of Ukraine
On recommendations of the parliamentary hearing on ”The
legislative regulation and realization of a State policy on ensuring the rights
for Crimean Tatar people and national minorities who were deported and have voluntarily returned to Ukraine”
The Parliament of Ukraine decrees to:
Approve the recommendations of the parliamentary hearing on ”The legislative
regulation and realization of a State policy on ensuring the rights for Crimean Tatar people and national minorities
who were deported and have voluntarily returned to Ukraine” (attached).
The Cabinet of Ministers jointly with the Committees of the Ukrainian
Parliament on human rights, national minorities and interethnic relations; on legal reforms; on state building
and local self-administration; on social policy and labour; on international relations; on science and education;
on culture and spirituality, take the necessary measures for their realization.
Hear the information on the realization of the recommendations on
December 2000 (The Day of Government).
