To develop proposals for adoption of the Law of Ukraine on restoration of rights of formerly deported persons. Time frame – first quarter of 2003 2. To take under special control over realization of Program of settling and resettlement of deported Crimean Tatars and persons of other nationalities, who have returned for permanent residence to the ARC up to 2005. Time frame - 2003-2005 3. To inventory and prepare proposals on expediency of transfer of objects of unfinished building in municipal property, which were constructed for account of state budget, for resettlement of Crimean Tatars and persons of other nationalities, who have returned for permanent residence to the ARC. Time frame - fourth quarter of 2002 4. To consider the possibility on allocating financing for the restoration of the Bakhchisaray historical-cultural reserve. Time frame - December of 2002 D. TABACHNIK 5. To develop a draft of complex regional program on social-cultural development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Time frame – fourth quarter of 2002 S. KUNITSYN 6. To take measures for regulation of using land between Svyato-Uspenskyi monastery (Ukrainian Orthodox Church) in Bakhchisaray, Crimean Tatar NGOs and Bakhchisaray historical-cultural reserve. Time frame - first quarter of 2003 D. TABACHNIK 7. To develop and approve measures for state support and preservation of cultural legacy of Crimean Karaites and Krimchaks. Time frame - fourth quarter of 2002 D. TABACHNIK 8. To develop proposals and to conduct negotiations on the return of cultural treasures of the Crimean Tatar people with appropriate states. Time frame – half a year of 2003 S. KUNITSYN 9. To develop the reasoned proposals on establishment of polyethnical cultural youth center. Time frame – first quarter of 2003 A. ZLENKO 10. To conduct negotiations on prolongation of Agreement on Issues Connected with the Restoration of rights of Deported Persons, National Minorities and Peoples, which was ratified by Ukraine on December 17, 1993 .
